Sarah Lennert, Director  has been employed at Hand In Hand Learning Land in Glenview, Il. for the past nine years. She holds a bachelor's degree in Arts Administration from Benedictine University in Lisle, IL. During her time at Hand In Hand Learning Land she has attended numerous conferences and workshops in Early Childhood Development and Education. These include the National Association for the Education of Young Children, the Infant/Toddler Conferences, and the Project Approach Conferences at the Kohl Children's Museum.

While at Hand in Hand Learning Land, Sarah helped to secure Accreditation with National Association for Family Childcare (NAFCC). The program also received a three star rating in the Quality Counts Program, one of the highest ratings a program can earn.
